Kim was a life saver. She really helped me when my battery died on a very hot September day with my 98 year-old-father in the car after we finished lunch at the local IHOP. We were able to get over to Midtown due to the kindness of a stranger who gave us a jump in the parking lot. When we got to Midtown, Kim could see my concern, reassured us, and took care of us right away. After diagnosing the problem, in addition to the battery, she also let me know that the '98 Lincoln needed a new alternator. Her technician put in a new battery, and she ordered the alternator for installation in a few days. That was also done. I am so grateful to Kim, her staff, and the service they provided. It was a great customer experience and my first time at Midtown. I will be back!

Midtown Tire on Johnson Ferry was a great location for us. Just a mile from in-laws house. Although, it is best to point out that we live 4 miles out of downtown Atlanta, next to East Lake Golf Club. You can not drive anywhere on Atlanta streets anymore. So we drive up to East Cobb, drop our car off, and go about our visit with the in-laws. These folks are great. They have gone over the two cars we have dropped off. There was never any pressure to fix the other things they found, but it was nice to know things that may need attention in the future. They fixed our needs at the moment, and solved more than a few problems. They have got my business from now on. One thing I would like to see, is a display of tires that they offer. I know that tires in an enclosed space smell really bad, so if they had something like a display room that would be great.
Kevin and team did an OUTSTANDING job fixing my car quickly. Nice to have a good shop around the corner.
Shout out to Jay Wade, who did an excellent job with my tire replacement. He did it at 5:30 when they close at 6! Also hooked me up with a discount. Five stars for Jay!!
