My family and I were passing through town and unfortunately ended up with a flat tire. We were able to make it to Midtown Tire and we are so very thankful we did. Not only did they fix our tire promptly, they provided us with the best customer service my husband and I have ever had. Such a blessing to meet genuinely kind people.

Walking into a repair shop can be a bit overwhelming but Kendall's smiling face was there to greet me and put me at ease. He was so kind and professional! Charles who worked on my car did a fantastic job! He gave me some super helpful advise that will for sure come in handy for the future! I highly recommended this location!

Great service and awesome staff. After going in to have our alternator and battery checked. They went far and beyond to assist us with another issue concerning a recall on our alternator. Far more than the dealership did for us. Thanks everyone and you deserve 5 stars and we will definitely recommend you guys to our friends.

Just passing through on a busy Saturday when I broke a belt on a 195/50 series tire and limped in on the donut spare. These guys made a lot of effort to get the same size, then fixed me up with a pair of 60 series so that I could get on down the road before closing time. The whole staff were always helpful, kept me informed of shipping problems with the original size, put in extra effort to fit me in on the same day, and didn't take unfair advantage of an out-of-towner in a tight spot.

I love these guys at Midtown Tire, Ponce de Leon! Many thanks to this staff. They are always so pleasant, helpful and efficient. I am especially grateful for Larry Clayton. He is a nice guy and attentive. I told him that I would need to have service within two hours and he was able to move my car through within a hour. At other times, I received tires, a battery and brake fluid. They were able to provide an alignment for me even when my Honda Dealer said that it was not possible. Their work is always thorough and high quality. I highly recommend Midtown on Ponce. You will be pleased!
