I took my Jeep in for new brakes or rotors. I received a call about 45 mins after dropping my car off saying that I still had plenty of life left in my pads and the rotors looked great. They could have very easily charged me and changed them when they didn't need it. They didn't and I am very appreciative of their honesty. We have been going there since moving to Decatur for any car needs and will continue t do so. They are honest and do an excellent job.

Was on a trip this past weekend to Atlanta and developed tire issues about ten miles north of the Acworth exit on I75. Pulled off to find a place that could repair the problem, and like an oasis appearing in the midst of the desert, I came across this Goodyear dealer/repair facility. At command at the counter was Kim; she accurately speculated the problem and began the process of getting me an estimate for repair. She gave me the access to the free wi-fi, as I waited. At every instance she offered the most economical solution first, allowing me the option to upgrade. She was very cordial, the service was quick, and they performed a free alignment analysis on my vehicle. Kim even called me back in Louisville to check on my return trip and my satisfaction with the work. They are the best, and I highly recommend them on all points.
