If I could double my rating, I WOULD! Mike and Clifford will always be my auto guys from this day forward. I travel weekly and very concerned about a potential car problem. First, I went to Firestone Tire just a bit up the road. My initial impression was so horrible, I decided that I might have better luck circling back to Goodyear. I am so glad I did! I was assured that they could look at the problem for me. Not only did they take care of my concern, Clifford and Mike went above and beyond my expectations. As soon as I arrived in my office, I contacted them for their names so that I could do something nice for them in return. I told Mike that I will only bring my car in to this location for any future service needs. It's hard to find good help but when you have great help, you are a customer for life!

The BEST! I have been going to Midtown Tire for 10 years. These guys are wonderful - they are very honest, and always work with me. They know me by name, and always have the best customer service. They even remember to ask about my dog Riley! They are reliable, do a great job, and are always gracious and friendly. These guys are like family to me! They are affordable and never overcharge for the work performed. I trust these guys, and highly recommend coming here for any of your cars needs. Thanks Roderick and your whole team. You are all so wonderful!

Each employee from the sales counter, oil technicians, and store manager is exceptional! They are always honest, up front, and keep my car in excellent condition. Each employee is willing to take the extra step including providing a shuttle service if you cannot stay and wait while your car is being worked on. In my case, they were able to drop me off at work and I was able to pick up my car before the end of the day. Hands down the only place my car will be going to!!!

Just wanted to write a quick note to commend the customer service that I received at Midtown Tire. They were knowledgeable about the tires and gave me straight answers to my questions and concerns. They let me know which tires were the best for my vehicle and my style of driving. Then explained specific differences if I chose to go with a cheaper tire. I didn't feel like I was there to help them reach a sales quota, It felt as if I were being handled by a trusted friend who was concerned about my needs and wanted to help. Several other people came in and I could tell that they felt the same about the staff because one lady even brought them home baked cookies. As a woman, I get nervous whenever I need to have anything done to my car because I always hear that this is an area that women are often taken advantage of because of lack of knowledge. Now that I have started going to midtown tire, I no longer have that fear.
