Mike, Derick and the guys at Toco Midtown Tire are great! We put 4 new tires on my Toyota Tacoma Pre-Runner and I noticed a slight shimmy at 65-70 mph. The rebalanced the tires twice, but couldn’t get it right, so send me to the Ponce location where they have more sophisticated equipment. Problem solved. They wanted to make sure I was a satisfied customer and they succeeded.
While driving home from work this evening I had the misfortune of discovering a nail in my tire. It was 5:30PM and I was frantic trying to figure out where to go. I called Midtown Tire and spoke to a gentlemen who told me to come by although I knew they were closing in 30 minutes. They patched my tire and topped them all off in less than 15 minutes! When I went to pay they told me that I didn't owe them anything! Pay if forward is what I will do instead! I was pleasantly surprised with this gesture and will plan to refer them to my friends and family. Thank you Midtown Tire!
