Thanks for your help in resolving a minor yet major issue quickly. I'm in the Air Force and currently working out of town. My wife called last night and informed she had a screw in a tire. She dropped off the car and 9 am she picked up car so she's back in business. I cannot express my appreciation enough. Service always makes all the difference and you do it well. Detlef Klann

Jerome was so incredibly nice at Midtown Tire!! I can not explain how his service made me feel so comforatable leaving my car with such amazing people. I had no idea what was wrong with my car and Jerome helped and explained exactly what it could be and at a level where I didn't feel dumb!! Then Willy shuttled me back to my office and was incredibly kind the whole way. All in all a wonderful experience and I will go back!!

Highly recommended--trust these guys! I had new tires put on at another competitor that wouldn't road test or align my vehicle as their policy prevented that practice. The tires were making a friction/rubbing noise with the slightest turn left but not with a right turn. The competitor couldn't identify the problem after returning 3 different times. I brought my vehicle to Jake and Rodrick at Midtown Tire-Toco Hills and they aligned my car free of charge and performed a road test and offered a better tire for the same price. This place provides true customer service and professionalism you can trust. They have definitely earned my business in the future!
